Now is the time to review the NFPA Conference & Expo Exhibitor Service Kit. It contains order forms, guidelines, rules and regulations, height regulations, contractor/decorator info, auxiliary services and other resources to help exhibitors manage their booth installation, dismantle and logistics. Key dates to be aware of:
March 15 – Company information and descriptions are due for the printed onsite guide
March 22 – Exhibitor registration opens
April 11 – Early bird deadline for lead retrieval rental
May 17 – Discount deadline for furnishings, booth rental, carpet, signs, banners, electrical, AV/computers, and more
Exhibiting companies should take a look and make sure you have everything you need for a successful show. Exhibit hours are Monday, June 10 from 3:30 to 7:30 pm; Tuesday, June 11 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm; and Wednesday, June 12 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
